Refund & Return Policy

As per the company policy the product(s) will only be accepted and refund either by providing store credits or money refunded only if all of the terms are met:

  1. Product(s) must be in the same condition as delivered.
  2. A prior notification for your decision to return the product(s) must be given to us within 48 hours of the delivery.
  3. Returned products(s) must be received by us within 20 days of the delivery. 
  4. Consumers are financially liable for all shipping and handling charges connected with the product, and will be responsible for its safe return. We recommend proper packing. 

If the returned product(s) doesn’t meet our mentioned policies your request for refund will be rejected.


Refund Method

Please send us an email at within 48 hours of the delivery of the product(s).

Once a request has been accepted, you will receive the refund by the same payment method used for purchase within 14 working days. In the case of flawed product(s), the product(s) will be returned to you and we will not be liable for return delivery costs.
